1U Intelligent control unit

Product Introduction

 ※ System Overview

The Single Cabinet Control System is a dedicated hardware and control logic software designed for single-cabinet data rooms. It is an intelligent monitoring system that integrates functions such as cabinet lighting switch control, floodlight color change, emergency fan start/stop, top air intake plate opening, remote front/rear door control, temperature/humidity collection, door status monitoring, and fire smoke alarm control. Environmental sensor data and cabinet equipment control data collected by the acquisition module are uploaded to the dynamic environment monitoring system via RS485 communication, enabling real-time monitoring of the entire channel system and effective management of its operational quality.

※ Product Parameters

 Channel Control Box:

- Shell Dimensions: 443×350×46 (mm)

- Rated Voltage: AC220V

- Rated Power: 220W

- Installation Dimensions: 1U space in a 19-inch standard cabinet

Product Functions

 Lighting Control:

- The cabinet lighting is automatically turned on/off by the cabinet door: the light turns off when the door closes.

- Cold channel lighting can also be controlled via RS485 communication or the control box panel. If the light is turned off by these methods, it will not turn on when the door is opened.

- The system defaults to turning off the lights when powered on. A 2-second interval is set between operations by default to protect the lamp lifespan.

Floodlight Control:

- Floodlights can be turned on/off via the control box panel or RS485 communication. Floodlight colors can be set at the factory or changed via RS485 communication.

- Seven color states with priority from high to low: Critical Alarm, General Alarm, Prompt 4, Prompt 3, Prompt 2, Prompt 1, Normal. Colors can be customized by clients; default factory settings are: Critical Alarm (Red), General Alarm (Yellow), Prompt 4 (Purple), Prompt 3 (White), Prompt 2 (Cyan), Prompt 1 (Green), Normal (Blue).

Fan Control:

- Emergency fans are installed at the top of the front and rear compartments. They can be turned on/off via the control box panel or RS485 communication.

- When using DC12V fans, the low-voltage power supply in the control box supports up to 6 fans.

- Fans are forced to start when the temperature exceeds the threshold set by the control box's temperature/humidity sensor and stop when the temperature drops 1°C below the threshold to avoid switch oscillations. Once turned on via the control box panel or RS485 command, fans remain running regardless of temperature; similarly, fans triggered by temperature thresholds will not stop due to other commands.

 Front/Back Door Control:

- Front and back doors are secured by magnetic locks. Doors can be opened via RS485 communication.

- The control box has rear terminal ports for dry contact DI signals to trigger door opening, compatible with access control systems.

- The control system monitors front/back door status and feeds back via RS485 to the dynamic environment monitoring system.

 Temperature/Humidity and Smoke Sensing:

Temperature/Humidity:

  - 1× DC12V power supply and RS485 interface terminal.

  - Collects data from 2 temperature/humidity sensors via RS485 MODBUS protocol and uploads to the dynamic environment monitoring system.

  - Temperature upper thresholds and humidity upper/lower thresholds can be set via RS485.

Smoke Sensing:

  - 2× DC12V power supplies and DI interface terminals.

  - Monitors 2 independent smoke sensors and uploads status via RS485.

Alarm Triggers:

  - When temperature/humidity exceed thresholds or smoke is detected, alarm status is uploaded via RS485.

Actions:

    - Temperature exceedance: Emergency fans turn on, built-in buzzer alarms, and floodlights show Critical Alarm color (Red).

    - Smoke alarm: Top air intake plates open, built-in buzzer alarms, and floodlights show Critical Alarm color (Red).

    - 1× external alarm relay dry contact supports AC220V 2A, DC24V 5A, DC12V 10A external devices (e.g., external buzzers).

System Alarm Functions:

Seven alarm levels with priority from high to low: Critical Alarm, General Alarm, Prompt 4, Prompt 3, Prompt 2, Prompt 1, Normal.

Alarm Triggers:

  1. Cabinet temperature exceeding thresholds (Critical Alarm)

  2. Abnormal smoke sensor status (Critical Alarm)

  3. External dry contact triggers (Critical Alarm)

  4. Humidity exceeding upper/lower thresholds (General Alarm)

  5. RS485-received alarms (signal levels can be customized; normal status is restored via RS485 after alarm clearance).

Alarm Outputs: Built-in buzzer, 1× external passive dry contact, and floodlight color changes.

 Alarm Mute Function:

  1. Press the number "0" on the control box panel to silence the buzzer and stop external dry contact outputs until a new alarm occurs. Floodlight alarms remain active.

  2. The system reverts to normal status after alarms are cleared.
